Who can use Yappery

You must be at least 13 years old to use The Yappery. If you’re under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.

What you own

You own the pet photos you upload and the videos we generate from them. We need a limited license to store and serve those videos so the product works (downloads, share pages, your dashboard). That license ends when you delete the video or your account.

What you can’t do

Don’t use The Yappery to:

• Generate content that’s sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or threatening.
• Upload photos of people without their consent (we ask for pet photos — if a person is in the frame, get their OK).
• Impersonate someone in a way that misleads others.
• Try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.

We can remove any video, suspend any account, and refuse service if you do. We’ll do our best to tell you why.

Credits + refunds

Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date — they don’t roll over. Add-on credit packs expire 1 year after purchase. We don’t refund partial months. If a yap fails because of our infrastructure (rather than a content rejection), we automatically refund the credits.

Changes

We can update these terms. If we make a material change, we’ll email subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect.
